Homemade Honey Mustard Sauce is so easy to make! The perfect dip for chicken, corn dogs, and more!
This is one of those recipes that is so easy, you’ll wonder why you ever buy it from the store. We make this every time we have Malibu Chicken, but it’s a great dip for popcorn chicken, chicken nuggets, corn dogs and more!
If there ever is a time I forget to make this honey mustard sauce with our Malibu Chicken, my kids are the first ones to say something about it. They love it SO much!
It’s literally equal parts mustard, mayo, and honey. Then add as much pepper as you want. We also occasionally like paprika in our honey mustard sauce and you can play around with the mustards. We’ve done all yellow or a mix of yellow and dijon mustards.
I’m betting this honey mustard sauce would make a yummy salad dressing too. I might try that next! Enjoy my friends!
Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1/4 cup mustard (yellow or dijon; or a mixture of both)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (we use light)
- 1/4 cup honey
- black pepper, to taste
- Optional: paprika, to taste
- Combine ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Season to taste with pepper (& paprika-optional).
- Serve with chicken, corn dogs, and more. Keep refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
