1stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4cuppowdered sugar
1 1/2Tbsphoney
1/2 to 1tspcinnamon
1/8tspsalt
Instructions
Using the whisk attachment of a stand mixer or a hand-held electric mixer, beat all the ingredients until combined. *I used the full teaspoon of cinnamon, but if you want you can go lighter and only do half.
Place butter in a dish and spread onto warm rolls with a knife or spatula. Store at room temperature or in the fridge as desired.
