Homemade Taco Seasoning
cup (3 Tbsp = 1 store bought packet)
cornstarch (or all-purpose flour)
red pepper flakes
ground red pepper (cayenne)
Combine all ingredients together. OPTIONAL: Pulse ingredients several times in a food processor or blender to bring out the flavors of the dried ingredients.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
