4medium-large apples, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thin (about 4 cups of slices)

1/4cupbrown sugar
2tspcinnamon
Topping:
1 1/2cupsalmond flour
1cuppecans, chopped
1/4tspsalt
1/4cuphoney
1/4cupcoconut oil, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Peel and slice apples thinly, about ¼-inch thick. Toss with lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Place apples in a DEEP 9-inch pie dish (or 9x9 square baking dish) that has been greased with cooking spray.
Combine the topping ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle on top of the apples. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 50 minutes, until bubbling in the center and the apples are tender, removing the foil the last 5 to 10 minutes to brown the top.
