Instant Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

With only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes or less in the food processor (or blender), you can have this healthy Instant Blueberry Frozen Yogurt!
Servings 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or pour into a freezer safe container with a lid and freeze for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

*If you freeze this longer than an hour, you may want to blend it up again with a little water before eating it. It doesn't scoop very well after being completely frozen, but it's a great addition to smoothies if you do have any frozen leftovers!
