Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or pour into a freezer safe container with a lid and freeze for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
*If you freeze this longer than an hour, you may want to blend it up again with a little water before eating it. It doesn't scoop very well after being completely frozen, but it's a great addition to smoothies if you do have any frozen leftovers!
