Pineapple Orange Banana Green Smoothie

Ingredients

handful spinach
1
frozen banana
1
cup
frozen pineapple chunks
1/4
cup
mandarin orange segments (fresh or canned in their juices)
1
cup
milk (cow, almond, coconut, rice, etc. I used almond.)
1/2
Tbsp
chia seeds
*Optional: additional ice for texture
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high until everything is mixed thoroughly.
Pour into a cup and enjoy!
