1/2(12oz) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 to 3drops red or pink food coloring, optional
1 1/2cupslight cool whip (approximately 1/2 of an 8oz tub)
18 or 9-inch baked pie crust
lemons for garnish, optional
Instructions
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl, with an electric mixer on medium-high speed, until fluffy. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, lemonade concentrate, and food color, if desired, until blended.
Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust. Freeze for 6 hours or until set (overnight is best).
Slice and serve immediately garnished with lemon slices, if desired.
