Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Smoked Sausage

Ingredients
1
(10oz) bottle La Choy Sweet & Sour Sauce
1
(20oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
1
red onion, diced
1
green pepper, diced
1
(14oz) Kielbasa/Smoked Sausage Link, cut in half width-wise, then sliced
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a crockpot/slow cooker.
Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
Serve over a bed of brown rice.
