Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Servings 1 -2 Servings


  • 1 1/2 cup frozen Banana Slices and Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 cup Milk (we use 1%)
  • 2-3 Tbsp Old Fashioned Rolled Oats


  • Combine all in a blender and mix until smooth. Sip through a straw or gulp with a spoon. DELISH!
  • *Don't let the smoothie sit too long without drinking. This is natural fruit and it will brown - brown smoothies aren't very appealing to drink.
