Cut peaches in half & remove pit. Drizzle & smear honey on the inside of the peach. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
Preheat grill. Make sure grates are hot for that initial sear. Place peaches inside down onto the grill. Turn heat down to low. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until grill marks appear & peach is soft. Serve with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
