Crockpot Chicken Tikka

Yield 4 to 6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2-1 tsp cayenne pepper (depending on your preferred heat)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • Cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Throw all ingredients, except cilantro, into crockpot. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve with rice & top with cilantro. Enjoy!
