Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Yield 2 cups dressing, or 16 servings (2 Tbsp each)


  • 2 cups whole strawberries, rinsed and stems removed
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla Oikos Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp diced red onion
  • 1/3 cup Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil


  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until everything is smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary.
  3. Keep refrigerated and use within 7 to 10 days.
