This Pineapple Whip (aka Dole Whip) is a Disney copycat recipe. With only 4 ingredients and a blender, you can make this easy pineapple soft-serve at home!
Add all the ingredients to the blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth and creamy; about 3 minutes. Stop to scrape the sides and push the mixture down toward the blade as needed.
Serve immediately, or freeze for 30-40 minutes to be able to pipe the mixture into small ice cream dishes. A Wilton 1M open star piping tip works great for this. (I actually used an extra large Kowanii 1B piping tip.)
To make floats: Pour pineapple juice ¼ to ⅓ full inside of a 9oz clear cup. Then pipe or scoop the pineapple whip ice cream into the cup until it reaches the top, or the cup is full. Enjoy!
Notes
Pineapple whip is best eaten immediately or just partially frozen. Freezing the mixture for longer periods of time will make it hard and icy.
