Dairy-Free Tropical Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp homemade Honey Almond Coconut Granola
  • 1/4 cup fresh petite diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup mandarin orange slices in natural juices, drained
  • 1/2 (5.3oz) container of Tropical Pineapple Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative

Instructions

  • In a 9oz glass cup, layer granola on the bottom, then pineapple and mandarin orange slices.
  • Top with Tropical Pineapple Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative.
  • Sprinkle with additional granola as desired and enjoy!
