Apple Streusel Cheesecake Pie combines two dessert favorites with a graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake layer, homemade apple pie filling, and crunchy streusel topping. I know Thanksgiving is over and most people move on from pie to other holiday desserts, but I’m a pie fanatic. And this one is just too good not to […]

Hey! It’s Jen from Baked by an Introvert again, and today I’m here to share a super easy fall treat. How many of you like apple cider? I don’t particularly care to drink it, but I used it to make this homemade spiced cider fudge and it turned out amazing!

My oh my! The air is crisp, it’s definitely fall time, so I’m whipping out the fall recipes! These Caramel Apple Snickerdoodles came about after a disastrous recipe fail. I’m trying to suppress the pumpkin fever that is coming over everyone with some apple recipes first. I love both apple and pumpkin equally, so I’m good with whatever, but I’m happy to gently switch summer flavors to fall flavors in their proper time frame.
One of our favorite pies is this Blueberry Cream Pie with Streusel Topping, so when I saw this Apple Cheesecake Pie from Inside BruCrew Life, I knew I had to try it, but with my homemade apple filling and perfect pie crust.
Apple is one of my favorite fall flavors! I know it’s a little early to talk about fall, but it’s been fairly cool this last month with a good amount of rain for our area this time of year, so naturally, the cool crisp morning air gets me excited for fall treats!

You’ll love this delicious homemade soup with roasted red peppers, chicken sausage, and orzo pasta! I think I can honestly say that this is the BEST healthy soup I have ever made! Not that it’s the “healthiest”, but it is healthier than most of the soups on this blog & it just has a […]

If I had to pick a new favorite dessert on my blog, this would be it, hands down! Like, I am not even kidding! The shortbread crust uses brown sugar, which I had never done before, & it just gives it a depth of flavor you don’t get with a white sugar shortbread […]
