Here I go with the citrus again! You know me & my lime addiction! And if you don’t, just check out all my lime posts. I am loving this hot summery weather that we are already having, but let’s face it, you gotta stay cool right? Hence, this post. I think I found my new favorite drink: Frozen Coconut Limeade!
Don’t get me wrong, I love my Brazilian Lemonade (which is actually a limeade.) This is practically the same as Brazilian Lemonade, except coconut-y & frozen! It’s like a little frozen mocktail ready to be enjoyed while basking in the sun! Are you ready for summer? With this drink you should be!

I just made this. Bless you, this may be the best thing I ever drank. It’s like a vacation in a glass. And the cherry on top is it’s a fabulous mocktail for this pregnant lady!
That’s great to hear! So glad you like it Lex! Drink up!
Well, we put the lime in the coconut… and fell in love! Thank you for this delicious, refreshing recipe. It’s perfect as is, but, we replaced the water with silver tequila and had an even more delightful weekend. 😉
We are trying your Tropical Green Smoothie next (subbing kale for the spinach) and will share comments soon.
Nice! Glad you enjoyed it!
