This smoothie is so creamy & dreamy! I am definitely “crushing” on it! When I first made it, I was thinking I wanted more of a julius type drink (thin & creamy), but I like the thick creamy smoothie texture using less water.
So it’s up to you how thick, or thin you want your crush to be, as for me, I like mine thick!
Raspberry Pineapple “Crush”
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed pineapple in juices, (or puree a 20oz can of pineapple tidbits with juices & use 1 cup of puree [about half the can])
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ cup non-fat dry milk powder
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ¼-½ cup water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, start with less sugar & water & add more to desired taste & texture. Puree until smooth. Enjoy with a pineapple tidbit & raspberry garnish.
